Script Timer exists because every script that runs long costs you the room. It was built by a Hollywood producer who got tired of finding that out at the table read.
Why Script Timer exists
I'm a Hollywood producer. I've made a lot of videos and commercials, and the same problem shows up every time. The script runs long. You write something that looks tight on the page, then you hear it out loud and it's way over time.
